Resumo
This paper analyzes how social responsibility (RS) as a company's voluntary action to go beyond legal requirements can be an instrument or mechanism of protection or protection with the protection of the environment. Prior to an analysis of what corporate responsibility is, the article takes as a basis the manner in which said responsibility should be made effective through the appropriate Sustainability Report, taking as an example the requirements of Law 18/2018, of July 13, Promotion of Social Responsibility, of the Comunitat Valenciana.
