Résumé

La tecnología aplicada al desarrollo de software en ingeniería Web (WE) enfrenta continuos cambios, lo cual implica un esfuerzo extra por parte de los analistas, desarrolladores y diseñadores en el diseño y mantenimiento de las aplicaciones Web. En este contexto, definir los requisitos (funcionales y no-funcionales) que el sistema debe cumplir para satisfacer las necesidades de los usuarios es una tarea compleja. En este artículo se presenta una revisión sistemática de la literatura con el fin de obtener: (i) el estado del arte actual sobre aproximaciones sistemáticas para el modelado, análisis y especificación de requisitos en ingeniería Web y (ii) una base conceptual para proponer áreas de investigación.
