Résumé
This paper aims to analyse the legal relationships that occurs in the field of the collaborative accommodation. In this regard, the paper studies the characters and nature of the legal relationship between the collaborative consumer platform and the users, both the guest and the host. On the other hand, the paper also aims to analyse the nature and characters of the legal relationship between the guest and the host, taking in account the differences between the lending of the whole apartment and the lending of a single room
