Abstract

It is unquestionable that, at present, Tourism is a phenomenon with complex and heterogeneous profiles in which they are addressed very different fields (economic, legal, political, cultural...). Initial form, within the plurality of relations that circumscribe the same, have special significance connected to a greater or lesser extent, management and tourist accommodation. What was unimaginable a half century ago or almost strange, it is now a common and frequent circumstance in the proposed scenario, in particular, within the complex and poorly analyzed field of hotel management agreement. In line with the above, this work will be studied, assuming that the interbusiness cooperation in the tourism sector can be based on capital or contractual relationships, essential lines forming (hotel manager and owner of the hotel managed) on which to develop an orderly and subsumption of it as a step to fixing your basic legal system concept. With the same wording, the possibility of integrating this hotel in the hotel chains will be discussed, in using an standardized know-how and its own trademarks. Finally, their impact will be studied in the hotel chains in order to evaluate its expansion from a national and international perspective.
