Laburpena

This paper deals with the so called “third party bonuses” whose problematic is approached from the perspective of sports disciplinary rules in both Spanish law and the regulations of football association, and from Criminal law, in the context of private corruption in sport. The papel will pay attention also to the problema at the international level, with reference to the Council of Europe Convention on the manipulation of sporting competitions and recent CAS decision on this issue in the field of the UEFA Europa League. We will conclude addressing the problem from an additional perspective: the application of Antitust law.
