Water polo throwing speed and body compositionan analysis by playing positions and opposition level

Resumen
El objetivo de este estudio fue desarrollar un perfil antropométrico en jugadores de waterpolo masculinos altamente calificados por posiciones de juego específicos. Además, para identificar relaciones significativas entre estas características una velocidad de lanzamiento por encima en altamente calificados jugadores masculinos Waterpolo por posiciones de juego específicos. Métodos: Se estudiaron un total de 94 jugadores de waterpolo masculino (24,5 ± 5,3 años) que estaban jugando en la Copa del Rey española. Los sujetos fueron agrupados de acuerdo a sus posiciones de juego específicas: 15 porteros, 45 alas ofensivas, 20 defensas centrales y 14 delanteros centros. Evaluación antropométrica se realizó protocolos ISAK siguientes. También se evaluaron el agarre de la mano y la velocidad de lanzamiento en varias situaciones. Se utilizó un análisis unidireccional de la varianza (ANOVA) para determinar si existían diferencias significativas entre las cuatro posiciones de juego. Coeficientes de Pearson de correlación (r) se utilizaron para determinar las relaciones de todas las medidas antropométricas con tirar la velocidad y la empuñadura. Somatotipo del jugador total fue endomórfico-mesomórfico (2.9-5.8-2.3). Centro delanteros presentan importantes diferencias antropométricas en comparación con las otras posiciones de juego específicos en jugadores de waterpolo masculinos de élite, pero no se encontraron diferencias en el lanzamiento de la velocidad por posiciones de juego específicas en cada condiciones de lanzamiento. Por otra parte, se encontró un mayor número de relaciones entre la velocidad antropométrica y lanzamiento de las alas y también en los centrales, pero no tener ningún conflicto se encontraron en el centro hacia delante. Los datos reflejan la importancia de la masa muscular y la parte superior del cuerpo en la habilidad de lanzar. Los entrenadores pueden utilizar esta información para seleccionar jugadores para las diferentes posiciones específicas.
