Abstract

The object is intended with this research is to know the opinion of students on basic issues con- cerning the beliefs that difficult to change attitudes to teamwork and responsibility raised in the tea- ching-learning process. Following a methodology for analyzing the situation and proposed improve- ments, we investigate issues on this subject that, and through review by the stakeholders in the workplace, are considered deficient, then to develop strategies and proposals for improvement. This work was developed within the framework of Education degree from the University of Alicante. Seeks to improve the methodological approach to different subjects, and developing basic skills of working arrangements, which is an issue which should include the views of the future pro- fessionals of education. After analyzing the results, it starts the methodology of the courses, in which are already addres- sed the contributions of the students, in order to contribute to the formation of teams capable of res- ponding to a school for everyone
