Resumen

En este artículo se presenta una breve reseña sobre el estado del arte en materia de formación de secano para los nadadores. Es importante entender el papel de la fuerza muscular para nadar rendimiento y cómo se podría mejorar. En primer lugar, este artículo analiza las relaciones entre la fuerza o la evaluación de la energía en las tierras secas y la capacidad de nado. En segundo lugar, se presentan los resultados de los estudios con el objetivo de evaluar la influencia del entrenamiento de la fuerza de tierra firme a la natación mejora del rendimiento. Estos resultados permiten a los entrenadores se den cuenta de los beneficios que se pueden obtener por un programa de entrenamiento de la fuerza adecuada, de acuerdo con el género y el nivel.
