Résumé
If we want to learn everything about the crisis of 1898, we must consider every involvement in these historical events. A very important aspect was the opposing opininons of some people in Spain who disagreed with the Spanish Government about Cuba and Filipinas war. This article is an introduction to those opposing opinions.
