Resumo

From 2006 an industrial policy of support is stimulated in Spain to the clusters; his aim is to promote innovation dynamics of territorial and sectorial character. In the present work its makes an initial evaluation of the meaning that has represented this politics of support to the Innovative Business Groups. It discusses the requirements that must be met to qualify for the program and determines the activities that generally have been developed through these groups
