Sobre la traducción de la fraseologíaun enfoque pragmático

Resumo

: The study of idioms has been considerably improved in Hispanic Linguistics over the last decade, especially by the appearance of some works concerning the relationships between idioms and other levels in linguistic structure. These works have revealed the importance of idioms in use, which shows that the pragmatic perspective seems to be the most adequate. One of the major interests in idioms has been their crosslinguistic treatment. Recent researches in Russian idioms (Dobrovolskij, Baranov, Telia) have determined that the analysis of image component provide important data to the translator about use restrictions and the appropriateness of some idiomatic equivalences. In this paper I will deal with Russian and Spanish verbal idioms from this point of view.
