Charles III expelled the Jesuits from all the Spanish lands in 1767, these religious encouraged the sufferings of their exodus with satirical songs and ironical Christmas carols, at the same time that their beliefs were feeding and their more polemics devotions defended, such ones as the Sacred Heart. The unpublished documentation that related to their daily occupation was collected for one of these religious, P. Manuel Luengo, lends us the initial support for writing the present article, with which we intend to approach these daily aspects during their exile in Italy.
