Résumé
The present environmental problems have created a number of threats and opportunities for firms. More specifically, corporations have to face regulatory, market and financial pressures related to the respect and protection of the natural environment. However, it is also true that adopting a strategic attitude towards such environment may help firm to improve its competitiveness. In this study, we shall point out the way to integrate environmental issues within the firm strategy through the different states of the strategic management process (analysis, formulation and implementation).
