Résumé
Our paper will focus on technological and service centers policy in the Less Favoured Regions (LFRs), with particular reference to the Valencian Region case.. This analysis build on extensive review of another relevant regional experiences, with special reference to the partially similar experience of the Emilia-Romagna Region (Italy). Our analysis will serve to build a model for the development of technological capabilities in Southern Europe with particular emphasis on the role of technological and service centers policy in similar Less Favoured Regions.
