Resumen
In recent years, the marked exclusion of young people from the labor market due to the crisis of employment has become one of the main foci of interest in different social spheres. This is further accentuated in certain groups, such as that of the students with disabilities. The main objective to know if college students believe qualified to join the workforce. The sample is composed of students with and without disabilities. Thus, the total sample is composed of 1316 students , being conformed the group of students without disabilities by 1193 students and 123 students with disabilities enrolled in the University of Alicante. They completed a questionnaire HAD hoc voluntary and anonymous. This consists of a Likert scale of 1 to 5 (1 = strongly disagree, 5 = strongly agree) where the initial motivations and expectations of getting a job with the training received are estimated. The results showed a difference between the assessments made by students without disabilities and those with disabled students. This reflects the need to strengthen variables that affect more preparation, as well as greater self-confidence in this group to secure a successful future careers.
