Résumé
The techno-pedagogical design of an online training based on the Flipped Learning methodology is presented in this research. The review of the literature has been realised according to contributions of active methodologies in the training of university teachers. Our proposal is based on the instructional design model ASSURE in which the implementation of educational technology is produced. The objective of this model is promoting learning that will meet the needs of education and society in the 21st century. The training action is focused on university teachers who want to know the Flipped Learning methodology for application in their classes. The procedure carried out for these online training actions is supported on "learning by doing" methodology.Therefore, the teachers will elaborate a proposal of Flipped Learning applied to one of the subjects that they impart. Our results show the need for the creation of learning community among the teaching staff. It would use as an indispensable tool for the development of a new educational model,
