Zusammenfassung

One of most outstanding literary practices of 20th century’s last thirty years and the beginning of the new millennium has been the writing of diaries and, later, the emergence of blogs (evidently different, but with indisputable characteristics in common). In this article we aim to analyze how blogs’ digital support has influenced the practice of contemporary Catalan autobiographical literature, and consider if, instead, it is traditional autobiographical writing which has conditioned Catalan blogosfera in any way. So, we study two diaries that have a close relationship with blogs. On the one hand, poet Jaume Subirana’s Adrada, which is the result of a selection of the entries of his blog Flux; and on the other, the process by which a classic Catalan diary, Josep Pla’s Quadern gris (Grey Notebook), has been transformed into a blog by the association Xarxa de Mots, which started this project in 2008 through the bloQG.
