Resumen
The aim of this paper is to identify the dimensions for organisation knowledge and quality management in order to help researchers to measure both terms and their impacts on performance in future studies. A literature review about organisation knowledge and quality management is carried out to that end. The results of this paper show that the dimensions for organisation knowledge are the following: creation, transfer and storage, and application and use. Similarly, the dimensions for quality management are identified (amongst others, leadership, people management, and customer focus). According to this review, the paper proposes dimensions to measure both terms.
