Abstract
In its first phase, this paper contains an investigation about the Holocaust testimonies (two Frenchs, one Austrian) from three neuropsychiatrists turned writers, who enlighten three theories from their experience: trauma and memory (H. Parens), identity and trauma (V.E. Frankl), identity and memory (B. Cyrulnik). In the second phase, a theory of the Resilience or the overcoming of the trauma is developed from these testimonies. This theory is also based in the psycho-therapeutic principles of B. Cyrulnik, which we place in an interactive relationship with the writing of stories and the narrative function, analyzed from the point of view of the Narrativity of Paul Ricoeur (Hermeneutic Philosophy).
