Résumé

This PhHD dissertation intends to contribute on the development of methodologies, models and resources based on the use of information and communication technologies and intended to help organisations in their processes of incorporating corporate social responsibility (CSR) in their structures. This integration is faced up at the levels of strategic planning and management, operational management, and value chain management. In the strategic planning and management level, it is proposed a methodology based on traditional strategic planning adapted to follow the CSR model. The methodology is supported by an innovative sustainability balanced scorecard model. The operational level is addressed from the perspective of computer information systems for business management. A CSR management requirements specification for computer information systems is developed, and some commercial enterprises resource planning (ERP) packages are analysed. Furthermore, information system architectures are modelled. Finally, the integration of CSR along value chains is proposed to be supported by the use of a CSR ontology. With this aim, it is presented a methodology for collaborative building of ontologies with democratic knowledge. Then, the methodology is applied in a controlled scenario to build a CSR ontology draft.
