Abstract

Teacher’s motivation and feeling good at school must not only be an added value but it is fundamental in teaching, an evolving profession of great responsibility. The teacher must grow with the students, get involved, motivate himself to motivate the others, transmit input, examples and positive values as well as knowledge. The teacher's role is to facilitate learning, so the teacher must have access to a wide range of instruments and educational proposals to manage and select to foster in students a meaningful learning by making them conscious knowledge builders. So the teachers - students report must be a continuous exchange of positive intent, based not only on content but on the desire by the teacher to convey it in the most appropriate way and by the students to want them to know. Teachers possess methods and effective teaching techniques to work well and with motivation, tools that can be useful for their job satisfaction and perception of self-efficacy, conditions that generate positive emotions without falling into monotony or demotivation. Therefore, is the motivation of teachers linked to the use of effective methodological strategies? The use of methodological strategies for a meaningful learning, may positively affect the well-being and motivation of teachers and to what extent? The theoretical part of the study explores a timeless theme as is the one concerning the school universe, a world constantly in the making thanks to the evolution of the same concept of learning, to new theoretical constructs related to learning, to teaching evolving and to the contribution of new information technology in the classrooms. In the empirical part of the survey, based on analysis of data collected on a sample of teachers of primary and secondary school (first and second grade), trying to understand the dynamics that determine the well-being, satisfaction and motivation of teachers; check the relationship between the use by teachers of methodological strategies for meaningful learning and the perception of positive thoughts and emotions; observe and compare the degree of well-being and motivation of teachers who adopt in their work innovative and targeted instructional strategies to a meaningful learning compared to other teachers who use traditional methods. With the hope to promote positive reasons to teach, make effective and meaningful teaching - learning, improve the quality of the teaching profession, taking care of and cultivating together the emotional, psychological and methodological teaching, to convert work into a real passion and can really feel not to "do" but to "be" a teacher. All this for the benefit of a positive effect of the project in the school life and an affective and relational atmosphere, including all components of the educational institution, endowed with meaning and positively correlated with the strengthening of the class teacher performance and growth of educational resources.
