Résumé

The development of different urban interventions linkedto a cultural economy has changed deeply socio-territorial structure of bigcities. Despite from a phisical point of view in different cities these poli-cies could show notable similarities, however the specific analysis ofsocial and spatial consequences presents varied final results. Our articlerevises the recent evolution of Buenos Aires, a city increasingly quarte-red, where the main urban investments haven’t as aim the serious socialcrisis the people is living.
