Abstract
Feminist research in the field of art history teaching shows a gender bias that continues to be reproduced today in all educational stages, especially at university. The need to introduce new proposals that open our point of view to artistic productions made by women is imperative. This research presents reflections on an educational proposal carried out during the 2022-2023 academic year for the incorporation of women in university teaching of art history. Its main objective is to fight the androcentric vision and finish with the transmission of sexist stereotypes rooted in the History of art, which are perpetuated through study plans that continue to be outdated nowadays. The results show that it is possible to carry out the articulation of a gender perspective as a methodological tool around 3 fundamental axes: the bibliography, the selection of content for theory and practical lessons and the evaluation. As conclusions, we notice the transformative capacity of this proposal towards a more egalitarian conception of art history, in tune with participatory learning methods and feminist perspectives.
