Abstract
El concepto de accesibilidad a la vivienda ha tomado una gran relevancia durante la última década en la literatura especializada, y especialmente tras el impacto de la crisis financiera. Los distintos enfoques aplicados, la medición o las situaciones paradójicas en los problemas de acceso han dado lugar a múltiples conceptos de accesibilidad y a una reciente literatura que trata tanto de asentar los principios teóricos como de medirla apropiadamente. En este artículo se realiza una clasificación de estos distintos enfoques tras una revisión de la literatura más relevante sobre la accesibilidad a la vivienda. En una segunda parte se aproximan distintas medidas de la accesibilidad para España que ponen de manifiesto lo complejo de su aproximación y la relación con los distintos momentos del ciclo económico
